What you'll cover
This course is designed for learners who have already completed an introductory course or have prior experience in construction and want to take the next step towards work in the wind and green energy sector. It focuses on developing practical competence, strengthening technical knowledge, and building confidence in carrying out tasks to industry standards.
Learners will extend their knowledge of structures, equipment, and safe working practices, including working at height and strict health and safety compliance. Teamwork, communication on-site, and understanding industry regulations are also a key part of the programme.
Through practical, hands-on workshops, learners gain valuable site experience, preparing them for employment opportunities or progression into higher-level qualifications.
